For foreign patients visiting our dental office for the first time.

Our dental office has staff who can speak English, but we cannot provide assistance in other languages.
Also, not all staff can speak English.We also cannot provide English support over the phone.
Although we will try our best to accommodate those who cannot speak Japanese at all, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide satisfactory explanations before and after treatment, at the time of payment, etc.
Especially when you first come to see us, many people are confused, so please be sure to bring a companion who can speak Japanese. If this is not possible, we will not be able to perform any medical examinations.

初診の外国人の患者様へ

当院には英語対応可能なスタッフがいますが、それ以外の言語対応はできません。

また全スタッフが英会話ができるわけではありません。また英語での電話対応も致しかねます。

全く日本語会話のできない方にも、私たちは努力はしますが、治療前後、会計時など、満足な説明が出来るとは限りません。

特に、初めてお越しになる初診時は、戸惑う方が多いため、日本語会話のできる同伴者を必ず連れてきて下さい。不可能な場合、あらゆる診察を行うことはできません。
